Gracie’s Coffee is a drive-thru/walk up coffee hut in Gypsum, on Hwy 6. This wonderful coffee truck has fresh brewed Peruvian coffee, chai tea, hot cocoa, cold brew coffee in cans, for on the go, and pastries. Gracie grew up in Eagle, and has spent lots of time in Peru, trekking, and learning all about coffee! You can order coffee and other beverages for a meeting or gathering.
